Description
This is the first step towards the new regulation-focussed page, which is most likely going to be called Regulatory Activity Viewer. See the XD.
This PR contains:
RegionOverviewcomponent in the upper part of the page, which shows genes and regulatory features in a given location. In one of the follow-up PRs, this component will get the capability of selecting a subregionRegionDetailcomponent underRegionOverview, which will display the contents of the selected area (see XD)Deployment URL(s)
