QView - View and manipulate Queues

Needed environment variables to build:
CPATH = $TRUNK/qpid/cpp/include/
LD_LIBRARY_PATH = $TRUNK/qpid/cpp/src/.libs:/usr/lib64

Usage: qview [<broker url>  <connect options> <qmf options>]
If no command line options are supplied, no connection is attempted at startup

The file broker_methods_2.diff needs to be applied to qpid broker
version 1151937 under <qpid trunk>/qpid
