I have prepared a Hungarian translation of the current and previous versions of Contributor covenant. The style and language used in the translations is based on the previously completed and widely used v1.4. The translation of v1.3 was completed earlier, but the language and style is significantly different from the v1.4 that later became popular. In this pull request, I have reworked v1.3 with a consistent language and style.
