… is activated, all ads will not load. And kit settings do not refresh sometimes, which causes errors. Also, added manual script compilation button in Utility. - Added default icon base64 for splash add icon problem. - Added some control in ScriptableHelper for the settings problem. - Fixed banner ad and interstitial ad load method because they were added to the wrong place. - Added manual script compilation button in Huawei/Utility because sometimes some files not refresh so using this button and can refresh scripts.

If there is no added splash ad icon when the splash ad is activated, all ads will not load. And kit settings do not refresh sometimes, which causes errors. Also, added manual script compilation button in utils.
