Created a multiton class (Formatter.cs) to instantiate multiple singletons for each format type (YAML, JSON, eventually HDF5). New formats can simply be plugged into the formatter class by derviving from IFormat and adding another enum to DataFormat in Extension.cs. HDF5Format has not been implemented yet.
