Copy datasets when creating report
- User datasets are saved in path/funbiogeo/data/ as fb_*.rds (ex. fb_species_traits.rds)
- The report loads these datasets in the second chunk (this way user can click on RStudio Render button)
- Report is saved in path/funbiogeo/
