Added Solo-mode search
Added Search for Format, imported Sets from constants, added set ManyToMany to Format and Setup Paradox with Sets
edit_decklist will also only show sets of Format (if restricted) in search and advanced_search has format prefilled.
This logic will disable the Set Select while a restricted format is selected due to Sets not being in the Select box (BAB Promos, Memoria Collection, etc..)
