Group Goals:

• more support for campers while learning to code
• more welcoming community
• increase attendance at meetups
• more collaboration/pair programming
• working on projects together
• better social media/chatroom environments
• help campers with finding junior level jobs
• dedicated location for meetups - instead of constantly moving around
• shared local coding books - book club (campers can check out books?)
• working together through challenges
• mini bootcamps
• more mini hackathons
• classes on the basics
• get a few more people involved with helping out
• new sponsors

Action Plan:

• Make a survey for what people want out of the group
• 2 year anniverary celebration
