closes: Fix: 현재 데이터베이스 쿼리문에서 order by가 정상적으로 동작하지 않는 에러 #66
sql 쿼리문 실행할 때 uploadDate 포맷팅을 date 형식으로 포맷팅하여 order by를 적용하도록 수정했어요
