This toolchain does the following:

  1. Fetch S3 OLCI & SLSTR products
  2. Process OLCI & SLSTR using SNAP GPT
  3. Process using pySICE
  4. Build daily mosaic

Specificities of this release:

  • Designed for SNAP7 and per-pixel geocoding
  • Using pySICEv1.4
  • Cloudy pixels are not removed from reflectance maps
  • Using DEM provided in OLCI files
