Support for changing values

This adds support for changing values, by adding a TCP server and listening for commands from the miniserver.

An Output XML template is provided for Loxone Config to make it easier to use it.

This also adds support for pulling data from the ISM8, which is done when the plugin is restartet and automatically after every new command retrieved from the Miniserver.
