⚡ [Performances] from WSGI to ASGI (fix #4359)

Description

As mentioned in #4359, this PR add ASGI Django mode, instead of traditional WSGI mode.

This change improves application availability under heavy load conditions, whereas there were many timeout errors in the standard WSGI mode.
