This application runs hmmsearch, one of 19 binaries compiled as part of the hmmer spack package.
The single workload runs the uniprot_sprot.fasta input on the Pfam-A database.
Figures of Merit are Elapsed time (for the pipeline, not the total hmmsearch run) and Million dynamic cells per second.
