SC-169 Asset Tables

Description

Changed the sorting and sort order of the table layouts in accordance with updated spec.

Test

1. open SystemCenter
2. Select Assets
3. Verify Name is first column, is the default sort, and is in ascending order
4. Verify fontSize is smaller
5. Select Asset (161kV Midway has multiple Meters and Substations) and go to Substation Tab
6. Verify table is sorted by Name, Name is first Key is second, and the table takes up the usual amount of space in the card
7. Select Meter Tab
8. Verify table is sorted by Name, Name is first Key is second, and the table takes up the usual amount of space in the card
9. Select Connections Tab
10. Verify the table takes up the usual amount of space
