Similar to the workflows from irvinehacks-site (originally from HackUCI-Site), we can add a GitHub Actions workflow to run checks on pull requests and pushes to reduce the amount of manual effort during reviews (notably unused imports as of recent). We might also want to adjust our ESLint config to enforce other recommended rules.
