• Much faster and more reliable than past versions
  • Using NFC FAST_READ, participants now no longer have to hold their badge on the reader until the printer starts up. A quick tap of less than a second is all it takes.
  • Accelerated text rasterization by switching from Node.js to pure Rust implementation
• Printers will only be recognized at start up (restart the app if you connect / disconnect one)
• Readers will be allocated to printers in round-robin fashion on connection / start-up
• Web UI is currently disabled
• All image and font files are embedded in the binary and will auto-extract into a resources/ folder along side it
