Looks like those test failures are due to some of the tests being not updated to reflect new dv meta objects -- I'm tweaking that in #136, in addition to changing the ubuntu version there as well |

Updating to 22.04 was sufficient in the previously referenced branch. Thanks Ben! |

This PR is to debug the GLIBC issue happening here. I suspect this has something to do with the version of ubutntu used by the
ubuntu-latestrunner, but I am not sure. I will update this with more info when I understand the problem more and am ready to propose a solution.
