Submitting Crash Issues

Oh no! GameSense just crashed... what do I do?

If you want help fixing a crash that you've experienced, you will need to post it on the GameSense discord and/or create an issue request.

There are two main types that we are interested in:

1. Crash while in game.
2. Crash while launching.

Things to let us know:

1. What type of crash you experienced.
2. What were you doing at the time of the crash?
3. What server were you on?
4. What mods are you running?

Please note that if you are running an older version of GameSense, the likely response will be for you to update your version.

Along with the above information, please also send the generated crash report and also the latest log (for startup crashes).

To protect yourself, make sure to:

1. Check the contents of what you are sending. Make sure to remove any sort of private information such as your PC specs, PC username, and any sort of coordinates that may be in the report.
2. If you don't want that file public, dm it to Hoosiers or another issue tracker on discord.

• Location of latest log: %appdata%/.minecraft/logs

We'll try to get to your report as soon as possible, but make sure to be patient when waiting for a response. If there is a major bug we might be getting swamped with reports.
