DO NOT REPORT AN ISSUE IF YOU HAVEN'T TESTED THE ISSUE WITH THE LATEST VERSION IN CURSEFORGE

Industrial Foregoing Version: Dev (3.6.13)

Titanium Version: Included with Dev (4.0.20)
Other mods: I've added EnderIO 7.0.7 to the dev env.

All Machines on Redstone Pulse mode will activate once on world load, or when they are placed and set to redstone pulse mode, even if they didn't have required items / liquids before.
