Context

We want IntersectMBO/cardano-api#400 available in cardano-node, i.e cardano-api 8.37.0.0, so that adding new Conway tests in cardano-node is easier.

I'll merge in my morning tomorrow when I can shortly do the CHaP version afterwards.
