v0.7.2 - MultiversX DappCore + ErdJS Core Lib Upgrade + Key Lib upgrades

Release of Milestone - https://github.com/Itheum/data-dex/milestone/7

- No new features added but front end libs have been fully upgraded
- This is a full upgrade of the Elrond DappCore + ErdJS librarires to the latest versions. This is required to boost security and also has the latest version of these libraries have a lot of changes that we need for future milestones. It is also a fully upgrade internally for thing like styling and build packaging. So we need to do this ASAP or be left behind. - We also upgraded all the other underlying like react, react-dom and other key libs
- Fix all UI issues caused by lib updates and do full regression checks
