Complete UI redesign. Several bug & performance regressions fixed. Much more in depth HRTF support.

Performance improvements, dynamic voice bitrate based on how many people can hear a user, pooled packet support for voice data packets for less garbage collector overhead.

Mainly some performance improvements where made. This is the first release on the github. I should be using github for everything involving building and publishing now hopefully :)
