Sequencer: Reset component velocity in pre animated state
This fixes a bug where FIntermediate3DTransform::ApplyTransformTo sets component velocity when animating a transform but never resets it when done. This can lead to unexpected side effects. If you animate the transform of an object, close Sequencer when the component velocity has been set (ie. nonzero), it will retain that component velocity after closing Sequencer.
Unfortunately, these Component Velocity values have already been saved and the only way to fix these would be to open and close the sequence that did animate those objects after this fix.
Resetting the component velocity is enabled by default but can be disabled to revert to the previous behavior with the cvar MovieScene.ResetComponentVelocity 0

Updated uplugin descriptor files marked as both Experimental and Beta. Plugins with both flags in the Developer, Runtime, and Editor folders will be marked as Beta, while plugins in the Experimental folder will be marked Experimental.
This change resolves some ambiguity around beta plugins that had both flags enabled, after a change in CL#36631664 correctly made the experimental flag take precedence in the plugin browser. This resulted in certain plugins appearing to revert from Beta to Experimental, so we're restoring the previous status for plugins that were intended to be in Beta.

[ChaosVD] Fix for joint (and other) constraints disappearing in auto-generated solver stages during playback in certain conditions
CVD records data in stages within a frame, but in 5.5 we added a way to record data outside a predefined solver stage. In these cases, CVD will auto generate a solver stage on the fly during load and group the data there. This caused a few issues, that were addressed prior the 5.5 release.
For example, there was an issue where particle data was getting incorrectly unloaded in these generated stages, as they didn't have all the data of a normal frame. To address that issue, we added a new flag to identify a stage as explicitly recorded, which worked.
But there is an edge case that was missed, non-particle data visualization is also affected by it, therefore we need to make sure all loaded frames from a recording are marked as explicit, and the code that updates the visualization from recorded constraint data, only is executed for explicitly recorded solver stage data.

#tests I tested that after the fix the visualization fo joints does not dissapear (seamingly) randomly, and that there is not a significant perf impact using a CVD recording of City Sample as a stress test. Lastly I tested recording sessions that uses async physics in different scenarios, ensure the playback is done correct.

MovieGraph: Fixed an issue where the accumulators did not take spatial samples into account. This resulted in spatial samples for the first temporal sample continually resetting the Accumulator buffer resulting in reduced spatial sample quality on the first temporal sample of each frame.
Ran basic tests and verified deferred, pt, and objectid passes work when using 1 or more spatial samples.

LiveLinkOpenVR: Improved default bindings.
Bundles LeftStick(Up|Right) and RightStick(Up|Right) together into new 2D actions, and moves the thumbstick bindings to them. LeftAnalog and RightAnalog now map to trackpad position bindings instead, and SpecialLeft/SpecialRight map to trackpad force.
Also added mappings for grip trigger pull -> shoulder, and face buttons.

[Chaos] Disable Chaos Debug Draw rendering in preview worlds.
The old debug draw queue was excluding Preview worlds, but the new one doesn't. This cases that Chaos Debug draw, when enabled, it also renders in any asset editor you might have open.
This CL disables debug draw the creation of the debug draw subsystem for any world that is a Preview world.
In the future, we could look into exposing the debug raw controls on a per viewport bases, as a new Show menu category

- Ignoring 'internal' product occurrences as they represent something else than overrides.
- In presented case those 'internal' occurrences broke the imported model by replacing(i.e. overriding) node because they have the same Entity name. And current code replaces overrides with matching Label(which is derived from Entity name). In general this is wrong as occurrences may have same name, even in this case - a door part and its mirrored part have exactly same name.

Allow Niagara Systems placed in a level to correctly interact with NDC Islands.
- Read accesses can now create new islands. Allows readers to be initialized before writers but function correclty going forwards rather than fail to init and be permeantly broken.

[ChaosVD] Workaround fix for an issue where visualized landscapes will have the incorrect static mesh if the recorded world is loaded/unleaded quickly.
There is a bug in the ChaosVDStaticMesh component, only used to represent recorded landscape collision in CVD. As the fix will require break binary compatibility, this change just make it so we use Instanced Static Mesh Component for them, which are not affected by the issue.

Fix deadlock happening sporadically on Mac when opening LyraGame from a fullscreen Xcode
The problem was that WindowsMutex is locked in GameThread before calling a MainThreadCall when MainThread is waiting for the WindowsMutex before going back to its event loop.
By moving the mutex lock inside the MainThreadCall, we avoid this potential deadlock and avoid running multiple MainThreadCall to process all Windows to one that encapsulate all Windows.

MovieGraph: Don't render warm-up frames for UI/Burn In renderers, or additional post process materials, the output merger is not expecting the data yet as we have not actually started a render. This fixes an issue where there are long stalls at the start of renders (caused by tripped ensures) and removes the ensures that trip for each warm up frame.
Tested having additional post process materials and burn-ins enabled with varying combinations of MRG's Emulate Motion Blur (on or off), Warm Up Count (0 or more), Temporal and Spatial SubSampling (1 or more) and verified that the correct number of images is produced for each one and no ensures are tripped.

[Motion Design] Fix Installed Build generation failure cause by AvalancheDisplayCluster
The module dependency chain is : AvalancheDisplayCluster -> AvalancheMedia -> Avalanche -> Text3D
AvalancheMedia, Avalanche and Text3D are all denied at the server level. Out of those 3, Text3D cannot be compiled in a Server target so this fails the Installed Build generation.
The fix is to set the TargetDenyList on the AvalancheDisplayCluster module. The Avalanche plugin's modules are all denied on Server already.

Motion Design: Fixed issue with Outliner duplicate unit test failing.
The reason why the tests were failing is that the Outliner in the test environment does the entire outliner registration and test once -- and there were issues with how Level Items were not being registered and so the items to duplicate (that should've been parented to the Level Items) remained parentless -- and caused issues with outliner sorting.
The items did indeed duplicate but because they were not properly setup in the hierarchy, the hierarchy-based sorting was returning the wrong results.
Registereding Level items solved the issue, but revealed an issue with grouping logic and its tests as the grouping algo requests the items to be 'reselected' and, because the grouping algo has these items in reverse order, the items in the test match but they're reversed. The ideal fix for this would be to change the "Add Item Param" to accept N items rather than a single one and then having to create N "Add Item" actions in reverse order (to fix in UE-228496)
