Refactor KeyActions and BasicSelectableLazyColumn #624

Make DefaultTreeViewPointerEventAction open and annotate notifyItemClicked with @InternalJewelApi. Additionally, adjust the key event handling in BasicSelectableLazyColumn to ensure proper return values, enhancing interaction behavior.
