GUICommands is very similar to a lot of other GUI Menu plugins. It allows you to set up your own GUI menu and put commands behind each menu item.
GUICommands allows you to set up your own parameters for each menu, as well as a custom command and custom permission for use of the menu.
Reload GUICommands by using /guicommands reload
