If you are experiencing inverted sorting by Name after an update, then you can change the order via ". . ." button on the main panel. It's a side effect of bug fix that was causing the order to be inverted in the first place.

If you are having performance issues after updating to Playnite 5. Try disabling or lowering quality of background blur. There's currently an issue with some Intel GPUs not handling it very well.
