PR is a draft because the feature is not yet stable. See clap-rs/clap#3166 for progress on stabilization.
To try it out, build juliaup, add the newly built juliaup to your path, and follow the new instructions in the readme to enable the completions. If they are too complicated, let me know so I can improve them.
No more UUID completions!
