Adds a new function for swapping lines on the palette to make TRNs on the fly.
Every affix selects 1-3 different palette rows/subrows to swap, giving each affix a slightly different color variation. The goal is to add visual variation to items to make them more interesting (in the same way that monsters use TRNs to appear different).
