Description

This PR adds Rootstock (EVM compatible) chain to this repo after testing the Rootstock chain in subwallet.

About Rootstock

Rootstock is the first, longest-lasting, and biggest Bitcoin sidechain with full EVM compatibility. It is the only Bitcoin layer 2 that combines the security of Bitcoin’s proof-of-work, with Ethereum’s smart contract capabilities. 60% of Bitcoin’s hashing power secures Rootstock thanks to strong support from Bitcoin miners.
