Default options in the snakemake pipeline

In the snakemake pipeline default config.yam, we set the slow options by default:

  --num_predictions_per_model : 5
  --num_cycle: 24

Shall we set it to

  --num_predictions_per_model : 1
  --num_cycle: 3

as necessary for large PPI screens?

Or, alternatively, we prepare alternative config.yaml for different applications so users could download them with snakedeploy (if possible) or we prepare some sample config.yaml for download separately, or show "slow" and "fast" configs in the documentation.
