Third minor update for Deeper and Darker 1.3. This update improves the Sonorous Staff and fixes some bugs.

Content

• the Sonorous Staff can now be repaired and enchanted
  • repair the staff with a Soul Crystal in an anvil
  • the staff can be enchanted with Mending and Unbreaking
• Sludges and Phantoms are now considered Sculk mobs
  • they will no longer be targeted by vibration-detecting mobs (Shattered, Stalkers, and Wardens)
• updated translations for multiple languages

Bug Fixes

• fixed Otherside dimension effects overlapping with the Nether's - #386
• fixed Otherside portal duplication - #378
• fixed Mekanism compatibility recipes not being recognized - #370
