Time matters is the result of research conducted by Ricardo Campos during his PhD at the University of Porto. The algorithm, initially implemented in C#, has now been made available as a Python package by Jorge Mendes under the supervision of Professor Ricardo Campos in the scope of the Final Project of the Computer Science degree of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar, Portugal.
