SAMPHP Plugin revision V2.0A for Windows x86

CHANGELOG of this release:

• PHP Version upgraded for 5.6.2
• Added plugin support for SA-MP 0.3z r4
• Removed temporarly every function related to Native's handling.
• Added checks if the gamemode script exists in the php folder or not(ALPHA)
• Commands can now be registered with the class CMD or the class Command(CMD alias)

Software requirements to execute this plugin:

• Microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable
