This is a small patch to define the variable
notphased2removein the case when the user has specified "no" in theconfig.txtfile (lines 89, 90). The current script will fail otherwise, as the variable is only defined if the user has specified something other than "no".I've also made minor changes to the code to clean it up a bit, hopefully without changing the functionality of the script.
