Windows support!

Thanks for all the efforts of @sylveon and @jimmyorourke who have donated their hard work to make this project even more ubiquitous by porting it to windows!

The implementation is still kinda rough around the edges since it's so new, new bugs might crop up, so make sure to keep your heads up and report any reproducible odd behavior or bug and we will be happy to help!
