Hello,
first thank for that great tool,
I would like to purpose you this option for easily resolve symlink problem when working with co-workers which are working on windows.

Hello,

What kind of problem are you talking about on Windows ?
You can disable Composer plugins by adding flag --no-plugins, available on install and update.

Some windows version doesn't support symlink, and even the version that support symlink doesn't work well because xampp (or other service apache/php service) is not launched with administrator privileges (microsoft symlink policies are strange), and I don't tell you about relative symlink.
And if we want to make work all others plugins but not this one when it's problematic I think It's easier like this but if you have another idea, I'll take it.
