It looks good to me - some changes I'd suggest:

  • Windows installation instructions looks they're from the Windows XP era - so i'd recommend changing the "Documents and Settings" example toC:\Users\<user>\bagger

It might also make sense to turn this into markdown or something like that - to allow for easier future contributions for the community? I know that the focus is on bagit.py, but this is the only supported GUI - so I'd be willing to attempt to convert this to markdown if that helped?

Good luck getting a response from the LoC. I no longer work there and it seems that no one new has been assigned to this.
