This is a weird PR, because it contains my commits that ended up in the main TEI repo, so they should not show up against our dev, which is identical to the TEI-C dev, right? (Sure, the mergers would be rebased-out, but the content commits...?) Opening this PR to possibly ask someone for a hint that would help me understand this, for the future.
