Similar to mania
This will make hold tails be more similar to Maimai Finale, while maintaining some leniency from DX

A slight reinterpretation of the break bonus.
Perfects are now worth slightly less than Critical Perfects (similar to mania).
This also ensures that 100% acc and 1M score actually represents a perfect play, unlike before where 100% is not actually 100%.
