Currently there's the following tools inside Manga-Manager:

Cover Manager

Lets you Add/Remove covers from your .cbz files

Volume Manager

Lets you rename your .cbz file to include volume number or add it to ComicInfo.xml inside .cbz

Metadata Manager

Its a metadata editor. Fast and bulk edit are some of it's features
