Download the latest working release version from https://github.com/Matthew-J-Bennett/Topological-Navigation-Editor/releases
In order to run the project it requires Python 3.7 and pip to install the necessary dependencies
python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
The command may be different depending on your installation of python.
