Wordle Against a Robot

This project is a Wordle game where you can play against a robot and on your own. The game is built using Python and Django for the backend, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend.

Installation

Prerequisites

• Python 3.x
• Django

Steps

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/Maxime-Labbe/Django-Wordle.git
   cd Django-Wordle

2. Install the required Python packages:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Run the Django migrations:

   python manage.py migrate

4. Start the Django development server:

   On local device :

   python manage.py runserver 

   On local Network:

   python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000

5. Open your browser and navigate to http://127.0.0.1:8000 or https://ip:8000 (from other devices on the network) to play the game.

Usage

Playing the Game

• Open the game in your browser.
• Enter your guesses in the input field and press Enter.
• The robot will make its guesses and display the results.
• The game continues until the word is guessed correctly or the maximum number of guesses is reached.

API Endpoints

• /api/get_data_robot: Fetches data for the robot game.
• /api/get_data_solo: Fetches data for the solo game.
