Use unai_old gpu for pcsx_rearmed libretro core (experimental)

Recommended settings for pcsx in retroarch:

Settings -> video -> scaling:

Integer scale: off
Keep aspect ratio: off
Crop Overscan: off

Settings -> video -> synchronization:

Vertical Sync (VSYNC): off

Core options -> system:

PSX CPU Clock Speed: 50-40 (Lower if the sound is stuttering)

Core options -> video:

Dithering Pattern: off
