Describe the new validation rule

forbidden_same_day_booking_field_value as defined in table here

Description:

A forbidden field value is present for a same day booking rule in booking_rules.txt.

Sample GTFS datasets

Don't trigger notice:https://data.trilliumtransit.com/gtfs/allpointstransit-co-us/allpointstransit-co-us--flex-v2.zip
Should trigger notice: errordata_1825.zip
