Resizer script

How to use

Specify root directory, like C:/Users/Me/Documents/rootdir/

Set quality: 0 - 100, ~80 gives good results, very little loss in actual quality.

Set minimum file size to ignore: 1 - > everything under 1 MB will be ignored

Currently it's only running an a single thread, so you'll have the best peformance if you have a CPU with fast cores.

Supports jpg, bmp files.
