Get PAMDetailsKey instead of OidcDetailsKey from etcd in GetPAM function. This was likely a copy and paste error.

Get PAMDetailsKey instead of OidcDetailsKey from etcd in GetPAM function. This was likely a copy and paste error, preventing the use of a custom PAM service name (the default
/etc/pam.d/loginwas used instead).
