CCM-7407 target new dedicated jobs for builds #55

Description

  • Moves the trigger job to a better name and location
  • Adds a target_workflow to the reusable workflow
  • Fixes the release tag job syntax

Context

Under CCM-7407 we split the single Static Environment Deployment job in to one for each microservice. but using a reusable workflow to avoid duplication and drift.

  • Refactoring (non-breaking change)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
