Description
Testing GitHub CI Pipeline failed in the authoritative repo when fetching a PR that is originating from a forked repo.
This update gets the originating repo name as well as the branch name for
actions/checkout@v4Type of change

How has this been tested?
This update needs to be the develop branch (default) repo for the action to be tested.
