This pull request is simply removing the padatious_tti plugin which has been moved to its own repository at https://github.com/NaomiProject/naomi-plugin-padatious-tti.git

This pull request removes the padatious plugin from the main Naomi repository. The plugin is no longer needed as it has been moved to a separate plugin repository.
