Intune 1.2405.17 release

Working set of intune rpms for Fedora. All known bugs fixed.
Compared to ubuntu versions the following modifications have been included:

• installs the correct java version as dependency automatically
• java dameon uses only 128M of memory instead of 1/4th of memory installed in the system
• all files have been moved to their proper location for fedora filesystem - why are these not standardized?
  ** /usr/lib -> /usr/lib64
  ** /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/security -> /usr/lib64/security
